SMS Message Templates for London University Hospital
The Challenge
A large university hospital creates SMS message reminders for patients
with upcoming appointments. The creation of the messages required the
DBA to generate a list of patients for specialties and clinics that wanted
to send these messages. This process was manual and time consuming.
The Solution
Qualitiva developed a web application that provided an administrator for
patient messages to generate message templates where they could
assign the templates to specialties and clinics throughout the hospital.
Qualitiva’s application automated the generation of SMS messages to patients is used throughout the
hospital.
The Benefits
- A speedier process of generating the messages meant more reminders were being sent out
and more patients were attending their appointments.
- The DBA was able to better perform his duties.
